Our team of Physios and Exercise Physiologists will be able to guide you towards your fitness goals regardless of your disability, illness, or injury that you are concerned about. 

The group is open to all ages groups above 20 yrs who are keen to maintain their healthy lifestyle, who are keen on starting their fitness regime, or those who need extra motivation to take this big decision of EXERCISING.
